If you’re not happy with your purchase, simply give us a call and ship the bidet seat back to us. We’ll give you a full refund minus the original shipping costs (most of the time around $25).

Please Note: Our 30 Day Risk Free Trial only applies to the products that have it mentioned within the product page. Returns must be shipped back with insurance via UPS or FedEx. As stated above, customer is responsible for return and original shipping costs. The product must be complete with original packaging with all original parts. Products with missing parts or without original packaging may be subject to additional fees or deemed as non-refundable. Only (1) unit per household is eligible for this program. Any other units must be brand new and unused to qualify for a return.
